Step 1: Upload a Photo

Choose a Photo You Love

Whenever possible, choose a photo with one clear subject and an unobstructed face. Once you have your photo, visit Linxi to explore the available styles, pricing, and ordering process.

A note from Linxi: Generating a model uses account credits, so please check your balance beforehand. You can also receive bonus credits when you first register or invite someone else to sign up!

Ask yourself: Why do I love this photo? If it's a portrait, is it the person's expressive look at that moment, or their hairstyle, pose, or clothing? If it's a pet photo, is it the charming way your pet tilts its head?

Step 2: Confirm the Look

Decide on the Overall Direction First

When the first draft is ready, look at the overall impression before comparing it with the original photo. Does the style feel right to you? Are the realistic proportions, the degree of cartoon-style exaggeration, or the solid-color finish what you had in mind?

If you're unhappy with the overall style, you can return to Step 1 and generate a new model. For example, if you realize you'd rather preserve the subject's real-life proportions, consider a realistic style. Changing direction now is much easier than approving a cartoon-style design and later asking to change everything to normal proportions.

Step 3: Review the Model

Note the Details You Want to Adjust

The completed digital model is not the final product. A professional model-refinement team will improve it later. You'll need to communicate your preferences so the team understands what you want.

Linxi's process starts with a single uploaded photo, but one photo cannot show every angle. You can click and drag the initial model to view it from different angles; don't focus only on the most flattering one. Make a note of anything you would like changed, such as longer legs, more appealing facial features, or more detailed clothing. We can accommodate these requests. If you have preferences for the back, clothing hidden in the photo, or other important details, note those too.

Once you've reviewed the initial model and are happy with it, confirm the production method, finished size, packaging, and other details. Enter your shipping address, check the charges, and pay. After payment, add the changes you noted to your refinement request.

Step 4: Refine the Model

Work with the Professional Refinement Team

You'll be asked to review each revised model and can continue requesting refinements until it meets your needs. We'll email you when a new version is ready. You then have 48 hours to review it. If you don't submit any changes within that period, the model will be considered approved and production of the physical figurine will begin. Please respond in time. Submitting a revision request resets the review period.

When you receive a revised model, first check the areas you previously asked to change, then rotate it to review the whole piece. A local adjustment may affect the overall result. Make sure your requests have been addressed without losing the expression or pose you originally loved.

When you're satisfied, you can approve the model for production. You can track progress in your personal profile. The time needed for production and shipping depends on factors including model approval, physical production, and delivery to your destination. The number of changes to the initial model, the complexity of the production method, and shipping conditions can all affect the overall timeline. If you plan to give the figurine as a gift on a specific date, explain the occasion and the date before ordering, and confirm the expected delivery time with Linxi.

Step 5: Your Figurine Arrives

Carefully Packaged for You

Once your figurine is complete, we'll prepare it for shipment according to the production method you chose when ordering. The packaging is designed both to present it well, whether for display or as a gift, and to protect the piece. While you wait for delivery, you can check the carrier and tracking information in your personal profile.

A note from Linxi: When ordering, please carefully check the recipient's name, phone number, full address, and postal code. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. When your parcel arrives, we recommend checking the packaging from the outside in. If the packaging is visibly damaged, or the figurine is broken or missing parts, keep the packaging, take photos, and contact us promptly.

When taking the figurine out, support its main body or base. Avoid pulling on small parts such as ears, fingers, or strands of hair.
