In our current service, you review the artistic direction and initial 3D form first. After payment for a physical order, human refinement connects the model to production and delivery.
Start with a clear portrait or pet photograph. Review the artistic proof and choose the likeness you want to preserve.
Rotate the initial 3D model to check proportions, pose and key details before deciding to buy the physical figure.
After paying for the physical order, share your refinement requests. Review each new refined proof within the notified 48-hour window.
Production, packaging and delivery follow approval, or the end of an explicitly notified review window without adjustment feedback.
