Before production begins, we review content and ownership boundaries so every commission rests on a clear, verifiable basis.
Human review
Every order is checked by a person before printing begins, covering content, model structure and details that may affect the finished piece.
The right to decline
We may decline production where we reasonably believe content could infringe intellectual property, break the law or be unsuitable to manufacture.
Infringement reports
Rights holders can submit evidence through our public support email. We will review it promptly, communicate progress and pause relevant production where necessary.

Every stage should be clear.
Production lead time and delivery time are stated separately, and every change from order to dispatch can be followed. Physical orders are fully refundable before the first manual refinement begins. Once refinement begins and before final refined-proof approval, 50% is refundable. After final refined-proof approval, ordinary cancellation refunds are no longer available. Digital generation fees are governed separately by the refund policy.
